Sign up for our Stay Again program to start earning points when you stay at Cambridge Suites Hotels. Members earn 10 points each night at Cambridge Suites Hotel in Toronto, Halifax or Sydney, Nova Scotia. You can request a free night for every 100 points you earn! And your free nights can be used at any of our three locations, based on availability.
stay again program terms & conditions
- Membership in the Stay Again program is open only to individual travellers who stay overnight in Cambridge Suites Hotels managed by Centennial Hotels Limited, and not to representatives, agents or bookers from among the hotel's groups, wholesalers, volume accounts, corporate accounts, and organizations, who do not stay overnight.
- Stay Again membership is identified by the email address you provided upon registering. Points are earned only for those reservations you make using that same email address.
- Accumulation of points begins from your date of registration in the Stay Again program and is retroactive for not more than your 2 past visits.
- Points are credited in the Stay Again program for all paid nights at any of our Cambridge Suites Hotel locations - Toronto, Ontario, or Halifax or Sydney, Nova Scotia.
- Cambridge Suites Hotels and Centennial Hotels Limited reserve the right to limit or withhold point credits and membership benefits for special offers below a stipulated rate, and to any "opaque" channel bookings (such as Priceline.com and Hotwire.com) where the hotel guest has not deliberately selected a Cambridge Suites Hotel during the booking process.
- Points earned in the Stay Again program may be redeemed for free nights at any of our Cambridge Suites Hotel locations - Toronto, Ontario, or Halfax or Sydney, Nova Scotia.
- All requests to redeem points earned in the Stay Again program are subject to availability. Black-outs can apply during periods of high demand when the hotel is likely to sell out.
- All requests for free nights earned in the Stay Again program must be submitted by the online request form located at www.cambridgesuiteshotel.com/stayagain/redeem.asp.
- For all reservations made to redeem points, cancellation must be received at least 48 hours in advance; if not received at least 48 hours in advance, those points are lost.
- Membership in the Stay Again program is free.
- The Stay Again program membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Cambridge Suites Hotel and Centennial Hotels Limited.
- The Stay Again program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as Cambridge Suites Hotel or Centennial Hotels Limited decides to terminate the program, at any time, with or without notice. Members will have at least 6 months from the termination date to redeem benefits.
- Cambridge Suites Hotels and Centennial Hotels Limited reserve the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the terms, rules, procedures, conditions or benefits of the program at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including changes which may affect the value of benefits already earned.
- Cambridge Suites Hotels and Centennial Hotels Limited reserve the right to suspend or discontinue membership for any Member who appears to be using the program in a manner inconsistent with the program intent, or with these Terms & Conditions, and for any Member who is suspected by the Hotel General Manager to be acting illegally. Membership may also be suspended or discontinued based on unsettled accounts at any of our Cambridge Suites Hotels. Suspended or discontinued membership may result in the cancellation of benefits and privileges.
- Cambridge Suites Hotel and Centennial Hotels Limited are not responsible for changes to or discontinuation of partner services, which may affect the program benefits.
- Cambridge Suites Hotel and Centennial Hotels Limited are not responsible for correspondence lost or delayed in delivery, or for pricing or typographical errors, errors of description, or errors by partners.
- Cambridge Suites Hotel and Centennial Hotels Limited provides the Stay Again program "as-is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, expressly disclaims any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- All free nights earned through points entitle you to the type of suite that you normally purchase to earn the points. Upgraded accommodation to a more expensive suite type can be obtained for free nights, based upon availability, by paying the difference in average price between the suite type between that you normally purchase and the suite type you wish to upgrade to.
- All interpretations of the Stay Again Program Terms & Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Cambridge Suites Hotel or Centennial Hotels Limited.
