Guest Service Agents mission is to supply service which ensures repeat visits, while providing courteous and efficient reception, information, cashiering and reservation services. This position requires a confident, positive and professional personality, with excellent presentation and superior communication skills. Minimum 2 - 3 Years proven experience in a Front Office Environment The candidate will have a proven ability to communicate effectively and deliver impeccable hospitality to a wide range of guests and visitors. Must be detail oriented, computer literate in a Windows-based environment, and have the ability to deal with hectic levels of activity when required. Excellent initiative and resourcefulness are required in order to solve service challenges. Bilingualism and multilingualism are assets. Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required. Must have able to work in Canada
